- preparing valuations and valuing variations (both upstream and downstream)

- cause and effect analysis, spread-sheets, programming and delay analysis (MS Project, Asta)

We have extensive experience in senior commercial positions to board level for construction contractors and consultants and our staff are Members / Fellow(s) of CiARB / RICS etc. This can assist to achieve quick resolution and settlement of issues and disputes. The company have acted as lead / party adviser and adjudicator on numerous construction claims, including adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and general claims with a very high success rate.
